Margaret Truman (foreground, right) in downtown Washington, D. C. with three year old Terry Tullos, poster boy for the March of Dimes. They are at an outdoor ceremony launching the 1948 Polio Fund Drive, as Terry places a dime in one of the bottles for each state. Others are unidentified.
