Truman shaking hands with a group of children at Meridian Hill Park in Washington, D.C., during ceremonies marking the acceptance of a carillon as a gift from the Netherlands to the United States, presented by Queen Juliana. Also present is Secretary of the Interior Oscar Chapman (right). All others are unidentified.
